3386793 - Error 'UserObjectType org.hibernate.exception.ConstraintViolationException' not able to purge candidate - Onboarding

• Inactive user purge for external Onboarding user completed with error.
• Error 'UserObjectType org.hibernate.exception.ConstraintViolationException'.
• It is not possible to purge inactive external candidate(status is "d" in Data Inspector).

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Data inconsistency for affected user with job info related to the Onboarding process. It must be fixed before user can be purged.

Support will have to run a script to correct this Data inconsistency before you can purge this user. Please open a case with SuccessFactors Onboarding Support team (LOD-SF-OBX-GDP) referring this KBA, also please provide:

• The purge's export doc with mentioned error
• Your approval to run the script
• Inactive user ID (User Sys ID)
• Employment ID

How to identify the Employment ID:

1. Go to Data Inspector
2. Entity: Table_EMP_EMPLOYMENT_INFO
3. Add Filter Criteria: User Sys ID
4. Copy number from field "Employment ID"
