Inactive user purge for external Onboarding user completed with error, it is not possible to purge inactive candidate: Error 'UserObjectType org.hibernate.exception.ConstraintViolationException'.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Cause
Data inconsistency for affected user with job info related to the Onboarding process. It must be fixed before user can be purged.
Resolution
Support will have to run a script to correct this Data inconsistency before you can purge this user. Please open a case with SuccessFactors Onboarding Support team (LOD-SF-OBX-GDP) referring this KBA, also provide the purge's export doc with mentioned error + inactive user ID.
