Is it possible to configure custom data collection on Offboarding tasks with custom object?

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Resolution
At the moment it is not supported to create a custom data collection for Offboarding feature.
An enhancement request is already placed and currently has "Accepted" status, but with no date yet: Improvement Request Details - Customer Influence (sap.com) we suggest you to follow it up for the expected launching date.
