Skills are used for rating in Interview Central from H2 2023 release.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Skills are now used for rating in Interview Central.

Ensure to meet the following prerequisites:

• Talent Intelligence Hub is enabled.

• The instance is integrated with Job Profile Builder: when the JDM v2.0/Skills Management option in Provisioning is enabled.

• The Use Job Profiles in Requisitions option is enabled in Admin Center > Manage Recruiting Settings.

The skills configured in Job Profile will show in Interview Central.

If Job Profile is not enabled for job requisition, please add below field into job requisition template to edit skills from job requisition form:

• The summary rate is a sum of both competency and skills, for now we do not have the sum of ratings in different summary block.
• When viewing skills in mobile APP, only skills ID will be displayed, not the name.
