3386879 - Workflow condition step is shown as 'Skipped' in the Flexible Workflow tab - SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

  • A purchasing document (PR, PO, contract, etc) with flexible workflow activated is created. When one of the workflow step conditions is not met, the status shows as skipped.
  • Instead of showing the step line as 'Skipped' it was expected to disappear.
