3386902 - No effect after changing recognition key for project

You tried to change revenue recognition key from EPMNC to EPMFC and the system is showing successful message. But if check again the recognition key is still showing original one.

If the enterprise project is in "Created" status, user will be able to assign or change the RA key in "Project Control "app if sales order line item is not assigned to billing WBS. In case, if Sales order line item (SOLI) is assigned, user will not be able to changed.
Similarly, if enterprise project is in "Released" status, user will be able to assign or change the RA key in "Event based revenue recognition - Project "app if Sales order line item is not assigned to billing WBS. In case, sales order line item (SOLI) is assigned, user will not be able to chang the RA key.
Currently, instead of showing failure message if Sales order line item (SOLI) is assigned to billing WBS where user will not be able to changed RA Key "Event based revenue recognition - Project "application is showing the successful message. This message is incorrect.

This means, from EPPM project status point of view, the behavior is correct (not possible to change Recognition key). The app F4767 Event-Based Revenue Recognition - Projects is incorrect. There should not be success message, but error message.

SAP will work on the issue to provide fix.
