3386913 - Optionid is exported for the custom field-Directory Export

The standard field is referring the picklist "A", the value has been selected for the field, it is XXX, but after exporting the data from Directory, the value is optionid.

This is the expected behavior, the export will only get whatever value is saved for this field (optionid for a picklist) and saved in the exported file. 

Since any Export function in the system has correponding import process, customers are all using optionId when importing data.

Current behavior is consistent with the original product design.
