3386928 - HTTP 404 Not found is raised from SCC trace during the connection test for a HTTP connection

While executing a connection test for an HTTP/HTTPS system mapping in SCC, the test result indicates that the system is "Reachable". 

However, a subsequent message is produced in the DEBUG level of the cloud connector's ljs_trace.log / scc_core.trc:
