Symptom
When registering an ABAP system to SAP Cloud ALM with transaction code /SDF/ALM_SETUP, it failed with the following error message:
"No LMS ID retrieved. Scheduling jobs is skipped. Check SLG1 /SDF/CALM OTR-Based Exception of Class: /SDF/CX_CALM_CONNECTOR" |
If check error details in application logs with transaction code slg1 with object /SDF/CALM, you will get the following red alerts in the register step:
Registered at: Destination = <RFC Destination name> URL = https://eu10.alm.cloud.sap/api/landscape-management/v1/Registration Response Code = 503 |
Below the alert Response Code = 503 in application logs, the following information can be detected with green traffic light:
