3387133 - How To Cancel Project Stock Order

You are trying to cancel an existing project stock order from Outbound Delivery Control work center.  You do not see an option to do so.  

SAP Bysiness ByDesign

1. Go to Outbound Logistics Control work center. 
2. Navigate to the Customer Demand view. 
3. Search for the relevant order and select it. 

You do not see an option to cancel the order/line items. 

You will not be able to cancel the project stock orders from the customer demand view. They can be cancelled from the Project Stock Order tab of the relevant project. 

1. Go to Project Management work center. 
2. Navigate to the Projects view and choose the sub-view Projects. 
3. Search and select the relevant project whose stock orders you need to cancel. 
4. Choose the Edit button. 
5. Select the Products tab choose the sub-tab Project Stock Orders. 
6. Choose the relevant project stock order and expand it to reveal the line items. 
7. Select the line item you want to cancel. 
8. You can choose the Cancel button visible above the Project Stock Order to cancel the selected line item.
