3387252 - “autoOrderApproval” enabled > Class approval/registration is not auto approved

The Learning user enrolled in a class, while the “autoOrderApproval” setting is enabled, and the registration was not automatically approved.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Navigate to the Learning user side >
2. Search for the desired item >
3. Access its class >
4. Enroll in it and note that the registration is pending approval.

The approval is not being directly approved because the class has a required approval process. 

If the class requires an approval process, then the approval/registration would be pending until the approval is granted via the approval process.

When set to “true”, the “autoOrderApproval” setting would have an impact when buying an item. In this case, the order would be approved right away.
