3387391 - Changing in "Service Layer for Crossboarding Enabled" configuration name to "Service Layer for Crossboarding Enabled" - Onboarding

After the release 2H2023, the name of the configuration "Service Layer for Crossboarding Enabled" was changed to "Centralized Services in Employee Central for Enhanced Internal Hire Process Enabled"

The UI will present new texts for this configuration:

1. Login in the system as admin
2. Go to Admin Center
3. Tools > See all
4. Manage Data (You can also search for "Manage Data" in Global Search)
5. Select "Onboarding Configuration" is the first box
6. In the second box select "DEFAULT_ONB2_CONFIG (DEFAULT_ONB2_CONFIG)"
7. The option that before was named as "Service Layer for Crossboarding Enabled", now will be available named as "Centralized Services in Employee Central for Enhanced Internal Hire Process Enabled"
