3387469 - Employee filter in Manage Clock In Clock Out UI does not work for multiple employment employees

For concurrent or global employment employees, where there are multiple employments assigned, it is not possible to search for their time events from Manage Clock In Clock Out by filtering from Employee field.

You will get 'Invalid entry' error in Employee field when you directly search with username of secondary assignment.

You will get empty time event list if you search with username of primary assignment, although the employee is returned in Employee field when searching with primary assignment username.

SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking - Clock In Clock Out

1. Go to Manage Clock In Clock Out.
2. Search for time events by filtering Employee.

This is a known issue.

Workaround

1. Search with Employee field empty, then you will get all the time events for all employees that match the other filter criteria you have specified in Manage Clock In Clock Out, including the time events of concurrent/global assignment employees.
2. Click on the Export to Spreadsheet button to download the time events.
   
   Then you will get an excel file downloaded with time events that you have just searched out.
3. Open the downloaded excel file and filter on Username field for the concurrent/global assignment employees. 

In this way, you can find out the time events for the multiple assignment employees per employment level.
