3387525 - Error M7064 "Document does not contain any selectable items" happens in app "Post Goods Receipt for Purchasing Document"

Symptom

In app "Post Goods Receipt for Purchasing Document" goods receipt cannot be posted against PO due to error M7064 "Document does not contain any selectable items", while in app "Post Goods Movement (MIGO)" the error does not happen.
