Symptom

  • Different documents and objects cannot be saved. An "Update error message" is given as soon you save the document. 
  • Transactions SM13 and ST22 are full of errors
    • SM13 , function IB_IBASE_UPDATE

    • ST22, dump shows the root cause of the error: there is a duplicated record in table IBIB
