3387536 - Address version used to display partner details in sales document overview

Symptom

  • On the overview screen in an order, the address of the sold-to party or the ship-to party are displayed in the incorrect language.
  • Sold-to party and Ship-to party address maintained in local/domestic (non-English) language as default address, English is maintained as international address. The address should be displayed in the local language.
  • User logged on in English, but the non-English international address version is displayed in the sales order.
  • Logon language influences the language of the partners shown.
  • How to control which data of address version is shown in sales transactions?
  • Despite proper company code assignment to the user the address of customer in a sales document is not displayed with the expected language
