Cannot enable "Use formless nomination approval workflow" option via company settings in provisioning

SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management

1. Go to Provisioning> Company Settings
2. Select "Use formless nomination approval workflow" option and click on save button
3. The change cannot be saved and a blank page will be displayed

When set up the RBP security for a non-RBP MDF object, the mentioned error will be occurred in the system.

Please do not set up the RBP security for any non-RBP MDF objects.
