3387686 - Change/edit already confirmed organizational unit ID via Set Up Organizational Structure

An already confirmed organizational units (for example: Sales Organization) ID is incorrect, has to be changed/edited.

SAP Central Business Configuration

The request/requirement to update the ID of a confirmed organizational unit means a deletion of an existing organizational unit identified by the ID and creation of a new organizational unit identified with a different ID.

This process is not possible, hence deletion is not supported for confirmed organizational units.
