3387819 - MARK IDs are not getting pulled from myData

Symptom

While Executing EDOC_INBOUND_MSG transaction for Greece country with message type GR_INV_MDSUM_IN_PULL or GR_INV_MD_ADPAR_PULL, few MARK IDs are not pulled from myDATA portal.
