3387905 - Tax Classification Error MG172 occurs when extending materials in migration cockpit although material has no sales view maintained

When trying to extend materials in migration cockpit using template "Product - extend existing record by new org levels", error MG172 "You have not fully maintained the tax classifications" occurs in simulation. 

The material is not extended to sales view and purchasing tax is set to optional in field selection customizing. The tax classification error should not occur.
