Symptom

  • "Job scheduling is not configured. Contact the system administrator" displayed while training Intelligent Scenario model
  • Unable to Train Intelligent Model for Intelligent Scenario Application
  • Intelligent Scenario goes into "Scheduled" status, cannot move to "Training" and "Ready" status 
  • In Job Scheduler, "Did not find scheduled background job for job definition SAP_ISLM_SYNC_SCHEDULER."
  • ISLM Training Status Stuck at "Scheduled"
