3388105 - Maintenance Order , Item category "N" and Special Stock "5" not working

Symptom

In T-code IW32, when adding components in service order with Item Category "N - Non-Stock Item" and Special Stock " 5 - Stock of Material Provided by Customer", system is not allowing and is removing special stock "5" from the line item.
