3388169 - Error on generating the stack file for EHP2 FOR SAP SRM 7.0 SPS32

Symptom

On Maintenance Planner, when planning to the update of EHP2 FOR SAP SRM 7.0 to SPS32, with option "Install or Maintain an EHP" -> "EHP2 FOR SAP SRM 7.0" -> Select SPS32 -> Confirm Selection
as soon as confirm this selection, below error message is popped up and cannot move forward

EHP2 FOR SAP SRM 7.0 [ 32 (08/2023) ] cannot run on the following product version stack:
Product Version [ Support Package Stack ]
- SAP SRM 7.0 / NW7.01 [ 24 (01/2021) ]
Please check the validity of the selected target software. Click close, and continue with further planning.If the target selected, after closing this pop-up, doesn’t get applied; please plan the same target once again. It would get applied then.
