3388199 - If using Firefox browser and click 'personal information' from Org chart quick card, the employee profile page can't be opened

Symptom

If using Firefox browser and go to Org chart >> click on photo >> show more actions >> go to time information/compensation information (those are under Employee profile page） >> page is completely empty, only if refresh page, corresponding information will show up.

If using Google chrome browser: no issue.

Reproducing the Issue

1. Use Firefox browser.

2. Go to Org chart >> click on photo >> show more actions >> go to: time information/compensation information (those are under Employee profile page） >> page is completely empty.

3. Only if refreshing page, corresponding information will show up.

Cause

Engineering team has confirmed it is a defect.

Resolution

The defect would be fixed by the 2311 release.

As a temporary workaround, please refresh page or use google Chrome browser.
