3388201 - Restrict Logistics Area In Make Task

You want to restrict the display of a particular Logistics Area from the value help of the Source Logistics Area field in the Make task.

1. Go to Production Control work center. 
2. Navigate to the Task control work center. 
3. Search for the relevant Task , select it and choose the Confirm button. 
4. In the Confirmation tab under the Input Products sub-tab select the value help option in the Source Logistics area field for a line item. 
5. The value help screen displays multiple logistics area from which the input product can be sourced.  

You wish to restrict the display of Logistics Areas which are displayed in this value help. 

• In the Production scenario for Input products we display all the Logistics areas which has the stock of the input product to allow for flexibility in production process.
• Production process is highly critical for the company and any delay in production will affect the business. Hence we do not provide any restrictions in displaying the Logistics Area in the make task. 
• All the logistics area in which the input products have stock will be displayed in the make task. 

• You will not be able to restrict a Logistics area that has stock of the Input product in a make task.
