3388298 - Kanban Tile shows different count than the query itself


You have added a Kanban Tile to the Homepage and have seen that when clicking on the Kanban the List shows a different count.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open WOC Homepage
  2. Navigate to the created Kanban
  3. Click on any of the counts in one of the Kanban Column

The OWL will get opened and a different count is shown  compared to the Kanban Count or when switching pages the count changes for the list.


The query you have selected in the Kanban has a query parameter for the same field as you have used as an attribute in the Kanban.

Kanban configurations in which the parameter of a query and the attribute that we are clicking on in the Kanban are same as an example "Status" such Kanban configurations cause inconsistencies and are currently not supported


Check your query parameter and remove the parameter for the field you have selected as an attribute in the Kanban.
