3388354 - Inactive HR validation result in troubleshooting section in Email notification- Basic import

Add inactive HR validate result in troubleshooting section in mail notification if customer enable Validate Manager and HR fields in basic import job.

1. Enable option Validate Manager and HR fields in this basic import job.
2. Change a common field for user whose HR is a inactive user via basic import job. 

When the Validate Manager and HR fields option is enabled for the basic import job, inactive HRs are listed in the troubleshooting section.
