3388500 - NEO tenants are able to import more than 150,000 members with hierarchies in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

When importing data into SAC, if the data contains more than 150,000 members and has hierarchies, it will throw an error on a Cloud Foundry based tenant, but work on a NEO tenant
