3388525 - Cannot Cancel Customer Contract Invoice Request

Symptom

You have canceled a Customer Contract in the system however, the Invoice Cancellation for the item was kept as Keep Invoice Requests and now you would like to cancel the Customer Contract Invoice Request which is showing as To Be Invoiced.
