3388527 - It's not possible to change fields pre-selection in the School section when posting a job - Recruiting Posting

This article explains the reason it's not currently possible to change the field pre-selection for Schools when posting a job through Recruiting Posting.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

1. Post a job through Recruiting Posting
2. In the step 1, under School job boards, select any option
3. You will see that several fields are already pre-selected 

Currently, it's not possible to change this pre-selection as this is hardcoded in the system.
