3388628 - Missing Time Recording Calendar and Time Recording Calendar Entry

Time Recording Calendar is provided with 2311 release to provide calendar based automatic time sheet submission. Details can be found in WNV Calendar-Based Automatic Time Sheet Submission. This is a Time Tracking feature.

However you found it not possible to find Time Recording Calendar from Manage Data, or the Time Recording Calendar Entries are missing in Time Recording Calendar even though you can find and create/edit a Time Recording Calendar.

SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking

• Symptom: Missing Time Recording Calendar
  1. Got to Manage Data.
  2. Search for Time Recording Calendar from Search field
     
     or from Create New field.
     
• Symptom: Missing Time Recording Calendar Entries
  1. Go to Manage Data.
  2. Create a new or edit an existing Time Recording Calendar.
  3. Then it is not possible to find the Time Recording Calendar Entries.
     

This is due to missing RBP permissions.

• Symptom: Missing Time Recording Calendar
  1. Go to Manage Permission Roles.
  2. Edit the corresponding role.
  3. Press 'Permission...' button.
     
  4. Please select corresponding permissions for Time Recording Calendar under 'Time Management Object Permissions' category, and press Finish button.
     
  5. Save Changes.
• Symptom: Missing Time Recording Calendar Entries
  1. Go to Manage Permission Roles.
  2. Edit the corresponding role.
  3. Press 'Permission...' button.
     
  4. Please select corresponding actions for Time Recording Calendar.Time Recording Calendar Entires under 'Time Management Object Permissions' category, and press Finish button.
     
  5. Save Changes

To sum up, it is needed to have permissions to Time Recording Calendar and Time Recording Calendar.Time Recording Calendar Entries so as to maintain Time Recording Calendar configuration.
