Time Recording Calendar is provided with 2311 release to provide calendar based automatic time sheet submission. Details can be found in WNV Calendar-Based Automatic Time Sheet Submission. This is a Time Tracking feature.
However you found it not possible to find Time Recording Calendar from Manage Data, or the Time Recording Calendar Entries are missing in Time Recording Calendar even though you can find and create/edit a Time Recording Calendar.
