3388632 - Cannot find Time Valuation Alert or Time Collector Alert for target population setting in RBP configuration

As of 2311 release, it is now possible to restrict the access to Time Valuation Alert and Time Collector Alert on Time Sheet UI by restricting the target population. Details in WNV page Restricting the Target Population of Time Sheet Alerts can be referred to. This is a Time Tracking feature.

However you cannot find Time Valuation Alert or Time Collector Alert in '3: Specify the target population for the other objects.' from Manage Permission Roles.

SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking

1. Go to Manage Permission Roles.
2. Edit the corresponding role.
3. Go down to '3. Grant this role to...', and click 'Edit Granting'.
   
4. Scroll down to '3: Specify the target population for the other objects.'
5. Time Valuation Alert and Time Collector Alert cannot be found.

This is because the objects Time Valuation Alert and Time Collector Alert are not secured or not give permissions in your role.

1. Please make sure the Time Valuation Alert and Time Collector Alert objects are secured. 
   1. Go to Configure Object Definitions.
   2. Search for Time Valuation Alert or Time Collector Alert object definition.
   3. Go down to the Security section in the bottom.
   4. Set Secured to Yes and specify the Permission Category. (Please do not leave Permission Category without selection!)
      
      You cannot set 'CREATE Respects Target Criteria' to Yes, because this new feature only restricts accessibility in viewing Time Valuation Alert and Time Collector Alert, but not in creating them.
   5. Save
2. Please make sure your role has got relevant permission to access Time Valuation Alert and Time Collector Alert.
   1. Go to Manage Permission Roles
   2. Select the relevant role.
   3. Press 'Permission...' button.
   4. Make sure permissions are given to Time Valuation Alert and Time Collector Alert under the category you specified in step 1.D.
