3388644 - Posting Change Delivery (SPC) with storage control is updating ERP delivery with GM immediately after the first warehouse order confirmation

Symptom

A Posting Change Delivery is created where movement is Storage Control (LOSC) relevant. This means, the system first moves the stock to an interim bin to do the posting change, then the stock will be moved to another bin again. The ERP reference delivery is an Outbound Delivery, where Goods Issue status is updated from EWM. The Posting Change Delivery (document type SPC) in EWM is getting completed too early in storage control scenario, so the ERP delivery gets GM status completed even the stock in EWM did not reach the final place.
