3388664 - The checking control for missing part is not considered when converting planned orders to production orders in mass

Symptom

You have maintained the control indicator for missing parts as "1 - User decides on release if parts are missing" in SSCUI 102447 - Define Checking Control. This means a dialog will pop up and the user can decide whether the production order can be released if there are missing parts.
You also activate the automatic order release after order creation in SSCUI 102508 - Define Production Scheduling Profile for Discrete Manufacturing.
So the expected system behavior is: when you convert a planned order to a production order, a dialog should pop up if there is a missing part.
However, when you convert planned orders in mass in Convert Planned Orders - to Production Orders app, there is no dialog popping up. You only get the information message "Planned order ****** converted into prod. order ****** - missing parts/cap. overload". And the production order is not released.
