3388856 - Email Notification Start Date token is set to US - Onboarding

Is it possible to change Start Date token displayed on email notifications besides the US set up?

For example: October, 12th for current US set up, would be 10/12/2023. However in different locales, this date represents December, 10th.

Currently system design and behavior does not allow it. The US set up is the only one available so far.
