1. Error when uploading a document template in Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates:

• ChangeSet index 1 - ???HCP Account url missing.???;File could not be uploaded to PFS. 

2. The Complete e-Signature step is not triggered/generated/locked.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Upload a document template in Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates.
   • Error: ChangeSet index 1 - ???HCP Account url missing.???;File could not be uploaded to PFS.
2. The Complete e-Signature step is not triggered/generated/locked -
   • Business Process error: HCP Account logon credentials missing

The PFS credentials maintained in Provisioning are invalid or the PFS credentials itself are invalid.

Troubleshooting:

1. Verify if the PFS account is accessible by logging in via browser using the credentials:
   • URL: https://formsservice<......>.hana.ondemand.com/print-forms-service
   • Username/User Id: <P-User ID>
   • Password: <Password>

If the PFS account is accessible, proceed with the following steps:

1. Re-save the credentials in Provisioning > Company Settings > Enable Print Forms Generation:
   • URL: https://formsservice<......>.hana.ondemand.com/print-forms-service/odata/PDF
   • Username/User Id: <P-User ID>
   • Password: <Password>
2. Run the 'Onboarding Compliance Metadata Sync Job' in Provisioning > Manage Scheduled Jobs.

Solution:

• Upload the desired document template in Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates.

• Restart the Business Process error.
