3388889 - Secondary site of HANA System Replication cannot start up: updating SSFS file failed

1. HANA System Replication secondary site is registered to its primary site but fails to start.

2. Entries like below are logged in the nameserver traces on the secondary site.

3. You have checked SAP Note 2194396. You have verified that the instance SSFS master key or, if using LSS, PKI SSFS master key files (not to confuse with PKI ssfs key and data files) are identical on the primary and the secondary sites.
