• On the primary site of a system replication setup, you can see the errors similar to the following in the indexserver trace or nameserver trace:

connection refused; $TYPE$=OpenChannel; $MESSAGE$=an error occured while opening the channel; $INFO$=connection refused

with method dr_forwardStatisticsMonitor with id <xxx> on host <host name> on port 3xx03 from process hdbindexserver with service port 3xx03, pid <xxx> and tid <xxx>; $monitor$=M_EVENTS; $serviceinfo$=indexserver@<host name>:3xx03-<SID>

• The <IP> and <host name> in the above error message belongs to a secondary or triatery replication site
• On the replication site mentioned above, you can see SLD registration failures like the following
