Symptom

Customer would like to know how to add new entries in SSCUI 103090.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Cause

This is standard system behavior; it is not possible to add new entries on SSCUI 103090 - Define Attributes of System Messages.

Resolution

In S/4HANA Cloud is not possible to add new entries on SSCUI 103090 - Define Attributes of System Messages, customer can only edit the Message category. 

Follow the below steps to open an Influence request:

  1. Get started by opening SAP Customer Influence.
  2. Register and accept the Terms of Use.
  3. Choose a session of your interest.
  4. Create and submit your improvement request.
  5. Take a look at existing improvement requests and start voting and commenting.
