3388981 - How to see data migration logs when Cloud Portal link doesn't work - SAP Commerce Cloud

Symptom

 Whenever performing an investigation on deployment progress status or for any other specific requirement, it is usually very common practice to check the data migration logs for that specific deployed build.

However sometimes it can occur that the Cloud Portal direct link to these logs doesn't work, been instead receiving the following error response:

  • {"statusCode":400,"error":"Bad Request","message":"[request query.security_tenant]: definition for this key is missing"}
