2023 Form I-9 Update I-9 Reverification lower two Checkboxes missing, is that expected?

This is expected behavior as two other checkboxes below are in additional sections for future verifications. Supplement B page may have up to 3 reverifications.

We always use the first section. Even if the employee needs a second re-verification, we will produce a new form with only the first section filled out.  

Consider on a Paper Version, you would need to use the lower forms and possibly additional supplements depending on how many times you need to reverify.

In an electronic version, we can render a virtually infinite number of these forms --still should be compliant as the same information is being gathered and past gatherings are preserved/retained
