3389029 - ADO.Net: SSRS missing 4.5 Reporting Services dll - SDK for SAP ASE

Symptom

missing file Sybase.AdoNet45.AseReportingServices.dll

This is the error we’re getting if use 4 or 3.5 dlls for VS2022:
An error occurred during local report processing.
An error has occurred during report processing.
An attempt has been made to use a data extension 'Sybase' that is either not registered for this report server or is not supported in this edition of Reporting Services.

In Report Server:
An error occurred while connecting to data source. Only the text-based query will be available.
The selected extension Sybase is not installed or cannot be loaded. Verify the selected data extension is installed on the client for local reports.
