3389043 - Scheduled Live profile export job in Provisioning fails to export all the background information records

Scheduled Live profile export job in Provisioning is used to export background information for all employees. But found not all of records were exported successfully. 

For example, there should be 80000+ records in the file, but there are only 60000+ currently.

1. Go to Provisioning >> confirm that Scheduled Live profile export job runs completely.

2. Go to SFTP >> download the export result >> confirm that background information records are incomplete. 

Another scheduled Live profile export job in Test instance shared the same SFTP directory and file name as the mentioned job of Production instance.

Firstly, the Production instance writes the completed file to the SFTP, and then Test instance writes the incomplete file to the same place in SFTP. That means the completed file is overwritten with the incomplete file. Then when the live profile export is executed, incomplete file is exported.

Test instance should NOT share same SFTP directory and file name with Production instance as it is too risky.

Please configure different SFTP directories and file names for different instances.
