3389065 - '-1' is displayed in attachment column after exporting extended user information from provisioning

Employee has no attachment maintained under background information block. But after exporting extended user information, '-1' is displayed in attachment column.

Normally nothing should be displayed in attachment column.

1. Log into the instance >> export extended user information >> download status >> nothing is displayed in attachment column as no attachment is maintained in background information block for sample user.

2. Go to Provisioning >> manage scheduled jobs >> run scheduled Live profile import job >> download export result in SFTP >> '-1' is displayed in attachment column although no attachment is maintained in background information block for sample user.

The customer imported background information via Provisioning >> Manage scheduled jobs >> SFTP zip file. 

But in zip file, there is no attachment, only 1 csv file.

When importing background information via SFTP in Provisioning:

• if file name = XXXXXX.zip, but no attachments ==> After import and export, you will see '-1' is displayed in attachment column.
• if file name = XXXXXX.csv ==> After import and export, you are NOT able to see "-1". You will see nothing is displayed in attachment column.
• if the case is: 3 records needs to be imported for sample user. Record 1 & Record 2 has no attachments maintained, Record 3 has attachment maintained. After import with zip file, for Record 1 & Record 2, you will see '-1' is displayed in attachment column. This is system expected behavior.

Advise customer to: 

• if import attachments as well, then use zip file.
• if no attachment needs to be imported, then use csv file. 

-1 and null are the result of the different operation. No matter it is -1 or null, it means "employee does not have attachments". There is no other impact.
