3389083 - Data Source not showing the time entry data

The time entries are not updated in the Data Source XYZ 

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Time Administration work center
2. Go to Time Sheet view and select Employee A
3. Open the time sheet and select week 123
4. Time entries are Active 

To check the Data Source

1. Go To Business Analytics work center 
2. Go To Data Sources view
3. Search for the Data Source XYZ 
4. Employee Time entry data is not updated in the report

Employee time confirmations were not visible in the report because it is not posted to accounting successfully yet. 
When we check the General Ledger work center - Unposted Source Documents view - We can see employee time calendar is pending due to the financial period closure. 

The time records which you have released got stuck and you must open the corresponding time periods to post these. 
Please unblock the period ABC - Set the first and last allowed step to 010 - operational postings. And then create a Process Control settings to post the time recordings. 
Once the time period is open, please do come back to Unposted Source Document entries. Select Actions -> Click on Post Business Transaction. 
This should post the time recordings of employee and later, corresponding reports will display the right data.
