3389324 - How To Restrict Actual Quantity in Supply Task?

You want to know how to restrict the Actual Quantity equals to Planned quantity only in a production supply task.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Production Control workcenter.
2. Go to Task Control view.
3. Search for relevant Supply Task ID.
4. Select and choose Confirm.
5. Here user is able to maintain Actual Quantity greater than planned quantity.
6. Now Actual Quantity field is un-restricted.

Currently there is no way to restrict the quantity to be entered in a supply task via standard system behavior.

Actual Quantity field is  PSM released which can be used and can be restricted as per required business need, via custom solution.

You can check with partner to restrict the actual quantity field.
