3389502 - Error 'Enter the date of Production' (Message no. 12019) occurs in Warehouse Monitor app

After the inbound delivery has been completed in the Change Inbound Delivery app, it remains blocked in Warehouse Monitor with the following message:

'Enter the date of Production' (Message no. 12019)

One of the possible cause is a missing or wrong assignment of the production date in the product master data.

Enter a total shelf life in the Manage Product Master Data app, so the system takes the date as the production date.

In addition, if a value is maintained in the field "Min. Rem. Shelf Life" in the material master, a date must be entered at the goods receipt to ensure that it corresponds to the Minimum Remaining Shelf Life value. If a date is not required at goods receipt, the field in the material master must be cleared.
