3389510 - Filter issue with date type while usin "Less than equal to" formula in SAP SuccessFactors embedded Analytics Cloud (SAC)

When using 'Less than or equal to' formula to the same day as the record (after the timestamp) then there are no results. In order for the record to appear the user will need to put the formula to the next day 
The issue is only reproducible in stories, not tables.

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Embedded) 2023.21.1
• SAP SuccessFactors HXM Core 2305

1. Apply "Less than or equal to" formula to date filter for desired date.
2. See that there are no (proper) results.
3. In table reports the same will prompt back the desired results.
4. Notice that if you change the date filter to the day after, in the story, the desired results will show up.
