DATS (and TIMS) datatypes of time characteristics appear as VARCHAR/NVARCHAR in External SAP HANA views and in XSA CVs. The text column for Date is displayed in the format DD-Mon-YYYYY (e.g. the text for the date 20180313 will be displayed as 13-Mar-2018).
This is unexpected and require a way to alter this behaviour.
