3389612 - Updating attachment but error shown as 'The attachment (id = XXXXX) is either missing or invalid'

Updating attachment but error shown as: The attachment (id = XXXXX) is either missing or invalid.

After removing all the attachments and save: Able to 'save' but the attachments are not really removed. In attachment field, error shown as "There were problems getting attachment data".

1. Log into the instance.

2. Go to employee profile of sample user >> go to background information block >> edit >> Add new >> maintain Name and upload attachment >> click on done and save.

3. Error shown as: The attachment (id = XXXXX) is either missing or invalid.

Document attachments were gathered via ONB2.0, then attachment id was transferred from ONB2.0 to EP background element via API.

If saving in background information block, backend will check whether the attachment is from 'empfile' module. If no, it can't be procced in background block.

To solve the problem, it is advised to export and import the related background via live profile export job and live profile import job.

Then the attachments in background block will have correct module names to solve the saving issue.
