You are facing issues when trying to approve quotes.
You are getting error: "One or more approval rules pertaining to this quote have no dynamic approvers. Please contact the administrator".
Environment
SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ
Cause
This error "One or more approval rules pertaining to this quote have no dynamic approvers. Please contact the administrator." occurs if there is an inactive approver in the approval rule.
Resolution
You would need to look into the set approval rules, and make sure that the Users set up as approvers are still Active Users in the tenant.
